When you talk about photography the lighting set up plays an important and key role in enhancing the quality of the subject and the photo which will lead to top class photography. One should give equal importance to photography lighting equipments as they play key role in enhancing the subject. The equipments need not necessarily be expensive and eye candy. If they are simple and effective enough to help the photography then is well and good. Using the right type of equipments at the right place and position will give a new enhanced look to the subject and thus photographs can be very delightful and wonderful.
As I happened to visit a photo studio of my friend, he took me through the depths of photography and photography lighting equipments in short. He explained me along with a top camera; the lighting arrangement will have a great impact on the photo you are going to click. He explained how setting up off light at an angle to the projection of click and subject will enhance the quality of the image through the reflection of glares into the light rather than camera lens. He told me that using halogen bulbs is the best thing as it will not complicate photo editing as compared to fluorescent bulbs. Also he enlightened me with the backlit arrangement in photography and how it affects the quality of the photo. He said the best practice so far is to use the white back ground as it will increase the qualities of the subject.
